Abandoned Military Bunker on the Rocks 6.6/10

You are tasked with retrieving confidential, government information from an old military bunker in order to diffuse a bomb! Loads of puzzled packed into a beautifully themed room. The puzzles fit very nicely into the props and worked well with the theming. Puzzles were quite tricky and in a pair, we needed an extra few minutes.

The puzzles in this room were a lot of fun, with some new ideas that I had not seen yet. Their hint system was on theme and effective. However, this room had one serious flaw... it was too dark. I found that I had a bad headache and sore eyes by the end of the hour, so I would not recommend this room for people who have difficulty reading in low light. This issue was made worse by having LOTS of reading material in the room!

If you want to play this room, you will have to be quick because they are closing it down and swapping it out for another two rooms sometime this year.

You find yourself separated from your mates and locked in different cells, you need to be able to reach each other and try to escape your prison.

This room needs to be played in a larger group and I personally recommend at least four people!

They use a dumbwaiter for hints which is slow but effective and the puzzles were very well themed. There is a good mix of hard and easy puzzles so is possible to play with families. I played this room with two first timers and they thoroughly enjoyed the room.

SEN3ES 6.4/10

You've entered the home of a magician and find yourself trapped, using your senses you need to find your way out!

This room had puzzles based on the five senses, you have to see (obviously) as well as utilise touch and smell in a series of rooms decorated with magicians tricks.

I felt this room could have had a bit more magic in the theming and the puzzles though. I also found this room difficult because there is a completely dark room and I am not a fan of the dark.

I have heard some escape room enthusiasts say that this room is in their top 3 rooms so don't be put off by my low score.
